Highly respected banking professional who has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Leumi (US and UK) for over 15 years. He has also served as a Director of many prestigious companies including the Association of Banks in Israel, Paz Oil Corporation and El-Al Israel Airlines. He currently serves as a Director of VeriFone Holdings Inc. and Wolfson Clore Mayer Ltd.
Nigel Fisch – CEO
A Lawyer by profession since 1984. He specializes in advising on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, strategic planning, corporate and international structuring, investment M&A, IPO‘s, offshore structuring and tax advice. Formerly a director of a Public Company listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Moses Benady – Director
Qualified as lawyer and completed his Articles whilst on secondment to the Attorney General’s Chambers of Gibraltar. Since August 1996 Moses has been working in the law firm of Hassans Gibraltar where he became a partner in 2003 and advises on all tax related issues with particular focus on the holding of property in different parts of the world.
Joseph Kokkinos – Director
A Chartered accountant, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC). He is currently the Chairman of the Welfare and Development Fund for a minority community in Cyprus.
Petros Nacouzi – Director
A Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC). He obtained his degree from Bristol University UK and is currently a Director of Nacouzi & Co Limited, a firm of certified public accountants and registered auditors practicing in Cyprus. Petros is a current Council member of the Business School of the University of Nicosia, and a member of the Board of Directors of the University’s Research Foundation.

A certified associate member of Indian Institute of Bankers, active in private equity and real estate investments. He has managed several IPO’s over a period of 3 decades, pioneering the first ever IPO’s across a number of sectors in India. He is an experienced real estate professional with well-established State government & business connections.
Prashanth S. Kharche – Director
An architect by profession, Prashanth has designed a number of large scale commercial, IT/ITES, Residential and Institutional projects in India. His prior experience includes the designing and execution of architectural and engineering projects for clients such as DLF Universal, ETA Star Properties, HCL, Satyam Computers, Britannia, Raymond’s and Apollo Tyres.
